Model bw26 is a four-nozzle burner, depending on the choice of nozzles, it can operate optimally with an output power of 150-280kW. Fuel consumption approximately 15-280kg/h.

Suitable for use are cooking oils, mineral oils, untreated oils, waste oil etc.

Compressed air pressure for operation 0,8-1,0bar. Air consumption 100l/min

The kit includes an oil pump, hoses, filter, mounting flange.

When selecting/assembling the burner, it is necessary to make sure what the desired heating power is and choose the appropriate nozzle size. The burner is equipped in standard with 4x50kW nozzles.

In addition, the burner requires compressed air to operate. When using a piston compressor, the compressor power should be at least 4 time over consumption to ensure cooling breaks for the compressor. Compressors with lower power will switch too frequently and wear out quickly.

It is recommended to additionally order a burner setting according to the combustion chamber. Different combustion chambers determine the length of the flame tube, the size of the nozzle, the thickness and length of the oil pipes on the burner.

The combustion chamber of the boiler also requires attention. In a combustion chamber that is too large, cool areas remain for complete combustion of the fuel. The solution is chamotte lining or an afterburning tube (hearth pipe) made of a suitable material.

Three things decide how well it burns

Choose the nozzle

Decide the heating power you need, then pick the matching nozzle size. The burner ships with a 25 kW nozzle as standard.

Match the compressor

A piston compressor should be at least 1200 W so it gets cooling breaks. Smaller ones switch on too often and wear out fast. The silent compressor avoids the problem.

Fit the combustion chamber

A chamber that is too large leaves cool areas where fuel does not burn out. Line it with chamotte or add a hearth pipe. Ordering the burner calibration sets the flame tube, nozzle and oil pipes to your chamber.
