There is rarely a reason to replace a fan motor. The most common cause is a boiler door that is too hot. Excessive heat from the boiler will cause the motor capacitor to fail, causing irreversible damage to the motor.

Failures due to worn bearings and capacitors that have been discharged over time can be prevented by regular maintenance.

Three things decide how well it burns

Choose the nozzle

Decide the heating power you need, then pick the matching nozzle size. The burner ships with a 25 kW nozzle as standard.

Match the compressor

A piston compressor should be at least 1200 W so it gets cooling breaks. Smaller ones switch on too often and wear out fast. The silent compressor avoids the problem.

Fit the combustion chamber

A chamber that is too large leaves cool areas where fuel does not burn out. Line it with chamotte or add a hearth pipe. Ordering the burner calibration sets the flame tube, nozzle and oil pipes to your chamber.
