The motorized oil pump with its robust construction ensures durability even with contaminated fuels. The motor has overheating protection. Approximate flow rate 4-5 l/min. The fuel suction line must be equipped with a strainer with a mesh size of 0,05-0,1mm.

!!! Filters installed on the pressure side of the pump must be equipped with a bypass valve!!!

Strainers and water separators are usually installed on the suction side of the pump.

Three things decide how well it burns

Choose the nozzle

Decide the heating power you need, then pick the matching nozzle size. The burner ships with a 25 kW nozzle as standard.

Match the compressor

A piston compressor should be at least 1200 W so it gets cooling breaks. Smaller ones switch on too often and wear out fast. The silent compressor avoids the problem.

Fit the combustion chamber

A chamber that is too large leaves cool areas where fuel does not burn out. Line it with chamotte or add a hearth pipe. Ordering the burner calibration sets the flame tube, nozzle and oil pipes to your chamber.

Do I need a special oil preheater? +
Yes, heavy or waste oils require proper preheating viscosity control before entering the nozzle line to ensure clean combustion.
What is the recommended compressor capacity? +
A compressor delivering at least 20 l/min at 0.4–0.8 bar stable pressure is required for optimal atomisation.
