The STW120 model is a single-nozzle burner, depending on the nozzle selection it can operate optimally with an output power of 10-50kW. Fuel consumption approximately 1-5 kg/h.

Compressed air pressure for operation 0.4-0.8 bar. Air consumption 20l/min

The kit includes an oil pump, hoses, filter, mounting flange.

When selecting/assembling the burner, it is necessary to make sure what the desired heating power is and choose the appropriate nozzle size. The burner is equipped with a 25kW nozzle as standard.

In addition, the burner requires compressed air to operate. When using a piston compressor, the compressor power should be at least 1200W to ensure cooling breaks for the compressor. Compressors with lower power will switch too frequently and wear out quickly.

It is recommended to additionally order a burner setting according to the combustion chamber. Different combustion chambers determine the length of the flame tube, the size of the nozzle, the thickness and length of the oil pipes on the burner. 

The combustion chamber of the boiler also requires attention. In a combustion chamber that is too large, cool areas remain for complete combustion of the fuel. The solution is chamotte lining or an afterburning tube made of a suitable material.

It is advisable to use a burner with additional filters and a quiet compressor.
