The STW120P model is a burner with a single nozzle and an integrated compressor. The integrated compressor ensures a compact and economical solution. Depending on the nozzle selection, it can operate optimally with an output power of 20-50kW. Fuel consumption approximately 2-5 kg/h.

The kit includes an oil pump, hoses, filter, mounting flange.

When selecting/assembling the burner, it is necessary to make sure what the desired heating power is and choose the appropriate nozzle size. The burner is equipped with a 35kW nozzle as standard.

The integrated compressor provides the compressed air necessary for the burner to operate, a separate compressor is not required. The integrated compressor is not suitable for situations where the burner must operate for a long time. If the operating cycles are within 15 minutes, the integrated compressor can be considered a good solution.

It is advisable to additionally order the burner setting according to the combustion chamber. Different combustion chambers determine the length of the flame tube, the size of the nozzle, the thickness and length of the oil pipes on the burner.

The combustion chamber of the boiler also requires attention. In a combustion chamber that is too large, cool areas remain for complete combustion of the fuel. The solution is a chamotte lining or an afterburning pipe made of a suitable material.

It is advisable to use the burner with additional filters.
