PRODUCT RETURNS / REFUNDS

Under applicable law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receiving the ordered goods. The right of return applies only to goods that are unused and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

We will refund the amount paid for the goods, as well as the original delivery fee, within 3 days from the date the returned goods are received by us. The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. The seller does not reimburse return shipping costs.

Please send your notice of withdrawal from the order to info@bairaneu.com and return the goods to:
